HD Smart Home LLC provides professional smart home installation and setup services. By purchasing a service, you agree to provide access to your premises at the scheduled time and ensure all necessary hardware is available unless otherwise provided as part of a package.

3. PAYMENTS & FEES

Prices for services and products are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Refunds for hardware are subject to the manufacturer's warranty and our return policy.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will HD Smart Home LLC or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Ohio. HD Smart Home LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ohio shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
